Nitin brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision, with a background in Information Technology from IIIT Allahabad, an MBA from UPES Dehradun, and advanced executive training from IIM Ahmedabad. His focus is on positioning Occams Elevate as a technology-first enterprise with scalable, future-ready solutions. Beyond business, Nitin is committed to community development in his hometown of Dehradun and has a strong personal interest in Indian mythology and Vedic heritage.

Ritika Vishwakarma

VP - Human Capital

Ritika is a seasoned HR leader with over 13 years of experience aligning people strategy with business objectives across global and high-growth environments. As VP – Human Capital at Occams Elevate, she leads initiatives in talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement to support scalable workforce growth. 

Before joining Occams, Ritika served as a Human Resources Consultant at BM People Advisory, managing U.S.-based HR projects and delivering customized solutions to enhance talent operations. Her early career in India included leadership roles in talent acquisition and HR management across multiple sectors, building a solid foundation in people analytics, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment. Ritika is a data-driven, collaborative leader with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and driving HR transformation to support organizational growth. 

Josh Westfall

VP - Growth & Cross Sell

Josh Westfall is a seasoned revenue leader with a decade of experience driving growth across SaaS, financial services, and advisory sectors. As Vice President – Growth & Cross-Sell at Occams Elevate, Josh leads strategic initiatives to expand client value through targeted tax solutions and sophisticated advisory services.  

Since 2013, Josh has held progressively senior sales and leadership roles, including Director of Enterprise Sales at SHARE and Senior Account Executive at Clarus R+D, where he specialized in R&D tax credits. His experience spans enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and strategic revenue operations, with a strong focus on high-impact advisory services. Josh holds a BA in History from Ohio State University and a Certificate in Scaling a Business from The Wharton School.  

Amber Kellogg

VP - Branding & Marketing

Amber brings over 30 years of cross-industry experience spanning luxury fashion and global finance, enabling her to merge creative problem-solving with strategic execution. Her career has been defined by partnering with designers, financial experts, and entrepreneurs to drive transformative business outcomes. 

As VP – Branding & Marketing at Occams Elevate, Amber plays a critical role in originating and deepening relationships. Her distinct approach to solution mapping aligns seamlessly with Occams’ client-first philosophy, helping businesses unlock new opportunities and navigate complex challenges. Her unique blend of creativity, insight, and relationship-driven strategy makes her a trusted advisor and connector across industries. 

Len Rodman

Board Member

Len Rodman joined Rothschild Capital Partners in 2011 and brings a multidisciplinary background spanning investment banking, operational science, and capital markets. At RCP, he focuses on identifying and scaling acquisition opportunities that drive long-term value. 

Prior to RCP, Len was a member of the healthcare investment banking group at Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, where he advised public and private companies on M&A, capital raises, and strategic initiatives across biotechnology, medical devices, and senior housing. Len began his career as a medicinal chemist at Merck & Co., contributing to patented pharmaceutical innovations, before transitioning to proprietary trading at E*Trade—building a foundation in market dynamics and risk management that informs his investment approach today. 

He holds a BA in Chemistry with Honors from Wesleyan University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern. Len remains actively involved in mentoring emerging leaders through the University of Maryland’s Do-Good Institute.

Anupam Satyasheel

Anupam Satyasheel is an accomplished entrepreneur and finance executive, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Occams Advisory, a globally recognized financial advisory firm. Under his leadership, Occams achieved recognition on the Inc. 5000, FT America’s Fastest 500, and Fortune’s 300 Most Innovative Companies. 

Anupam brings extensive expertise from his tenure at Barclays, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and The Bank of Nova Scotia, equipping him with deep insights into strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. His experience uniquely positions him to steer Occams Elevate toward sustainable value creation and expansion. 

He holds an MBA in Finance & Economics from New York University, complemented by studies at London Business School. Additionally, Anupam is committed to social impact as co-founder and executive director of Child Literacy, advancing educational opportunities for underprivileged children. Anupam resides in Long Beach, California, where he balances professional leadership with active engagement in community and family life. 

Priyanka Bathwal

VP - Finance

Priyanka Bathwal serves as VP – Finance at Occams Elevate, where she partners with our firm's leadership to manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management and internal controls. With a deep-rooted passion for problem-solving through numbers, she brings precision and strategic insight to financial management. 

Priyanka is both a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Accountant (India), with broad experience across tax, audit, and financial analysis. Her cross-functional background equips her with a comprehensive understanding of finance that supports data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. 

Outside of work, Priyanka finds joy in dancing, painting, and spending quality time with her family. She considers motherhood her greatest gift and values the balance between professional impact and personal fulfillment. 

Sanjay Agarwal

CEO

Sanjay Agarwal is an experienced executive specializing in strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions, and operational scalability. Previously, as Tax Managing Partner and Strategic Growth Leader at a Top 50 CPA firm, Sanjay successfully expanded the firm's national tax practice, increasing revenues from $4M to over $60M in five years through organic growth and targeted acquisitions. 

In addition to leading a global team of over 250 professionals, Sanjay served on the Executive Committee and chaired its Strategic Growth Committee, directing negotiations and completion of significant CPA and advisory firm mergers totaling over $50M in annual revenue. His expertise includes talent acquisition, innovative service delivery models, high-value strategic tax advisory services and value creation through offshoring and enabling technology.  

As CEO of Occams Elevate, Sanjay drives strategic growth, value creation and operational excellence. He combines deep industry expertise, leadership acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to guide the firm through rapid growth and innovation.  

Sanjay holds an LL.M. in Taxation (Corporate and International) from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law, and a B.S. in Finance from California State University, Northridge. He is a licensed member of the State Bar of California.
